Ss Romulea was founded on May 1, 1922, by a group of employees of the Municipality of Rome for recreational after-work activities. After World War II, the Romulea Sporting Club of Nowadays was established with twenty-seven founding members. The club's colors are Pompeian red and orange, and Campo Roma has been its home since 1946, located behind the ancient Papal Basilica of St. John Lateran.
New Ss Romulea Logo

The club's logo is inspired by the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the oldest church in the West and the Cathedral of Rome. Over the centuries, the Basilica has been enriched with precious works of art and decorations.
