Leaked: Nike 2025-2026 Third Kits to Go Back Into Archive

- Retro-Inspired Kits: Nike's 2025-2026 third kits will feature retro aesthetics by drawing from their archives.
- Logo Placement Experiments: Nike is considering placing the logo on the left chest or right sleeve, or using their vintage 1971-1976 logo.
- Second Season of Experimentation: The 2025-2026 season will be the second consecutive season that Nike experiments with its logo on elite third kits.
The 2025-26 season is still very far away. However, Footy Headlines has now obtained information that Nike plans to revisit its archives for the 2025-2026 elite third kits.
Nike 25-26 Third Kits to Feature Retro Touch
A source close to the matter revealed to us that the Nike 25-26 third kits will feature retro Nike aesthetics. Although more details are yet to be disclosed, three main options have been suggested to us.
1. Left Chest Logo
The current Swoosh or a (classic variant) could be placed on the left chest, similar to Nike's first European kit, the Sunderland 1983-86 Home Jersey.
2. Swoosh on the Left Sleeve
The swoosh might appear on the right sleeve, as seen on Nike's first-ever football kit for the Portland Timbers in 1971.
3. Old Nike Logo (1971-1976)
There is also the chance that the kits only feature the vintage Nike logo, which was used from 1971 to 1976.
It is the second season in a row that Nike experiments with its logo on its Elite Team third kits. The Nike 24-25 third kits feature an upside Swoosh.

Madrid CFF 26-27 Away Kit Released
Spanish Liga F club Madrid CFF has debuted its new Nike away kit for the 26-27 season. Featuring a stealthy black base with a subtle textured chevron pattern, the jersey is highlighted by a central vertical stripe comprised of fluorescent pink bars, inside of which the club name "MADRID CFF" is inscribed in neon volt lettering. The vibrant color scheme is complemented by a volt Nike Swoosh on the right chest, a recolored pink and volt crest, and matching pink sponsor prints across the front, paired with contrasting white shorts and socks.
