Luton Town FC has announced new sportswear brand Reflo as their new official teamwear partner ahead of the 2025-26 season. This announcement marks the end of Luton's five-year relationship with Umbro as the club prepares for its final season at Kenilworth Road before moving to Power Court.

Reflo was founded in 2021. It is an emerging force in sustainable sportswear, will collaborate with the Luton Town Supporters' Trust in designing what the club describes as "the most sustainable set of kits in our history." The brand specializes in producing performance apparel from recycled materials using their proprietary "Reloop" technology, which also makes the garments recyclable at the end of their life cycle.
Luton CEO Gary Sweet emphasized the importance of performance and sustainability in the new partnership, stating: "With Reflo, we're bringing supporters kits that embody performance, innovation and sustainability."
Reflo co-founder Rory MacFadyen added: "We're on a journey to becoming the most responsible sportswear brand in the world, and that's why we've partnered with Luton Town, a team that shares our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and performance."
In an interesting move that highlights fan engagement, the Luton Town Supporters' Trust has been directly involved in the kit design process. Trust board member Helen Gatward expressed excitement about this collaboration: "It's been amazing to be part of the selection and design process on behalf of Hatters supporters."
