Port Vale FC has officially unveiled their brand-new home kit, specially designed to commemorate the club's 150th anniversary. The new strip, made by Puma, will be worn throughout the 2025-26 season as the Valiants mark this historic milestone.
The Port Vale 25-26 kit carries a distinct retro feel, paying homage to a famous side from the club's past. To amplify the retro aesthetic, the club has chosen to keep the front of the shirt free of sponsorship. The University of Staffordshire returns as the back-of-shirt sponsor, and IronMarket Wealth is the sleeve sponsor.
Port Vale 2025-26 150th Anniversary Home Jersey
This is the new Puma Port Vale 150th anniversary home shirt for 2025-26.
The Puma Port Vale 2025-26 150th anniversary home jersey features a clean, off-white primary colour. This forms the base for classic black accents, which are present on the smart polo collar and the sleeve cuffs.
A key element of the design is the specially selected classic 'PVFC' crest in a subtle gold/beige, which will be used for the duration of the 2025-26 campaign on the kit and across the club's digital media channels, before reverting to the current badge. The Puma logo on the right chest is also rendered in a matching gold/beige, being almost invisible.
Black shorts return for all teams representing the club in the 2025-26 season, featuring Global QA as the shorts sponsor.
Port Vale CEO, Matt Hancock, said: "I’m proud that we can mark the beginning of our 150th anniversary season with the launch of our brand-new 2025/26 home shirt. The design rightly honours and helps us to reflect on our past, whilst we can also make positive steps forward in an exciting season back in League One."

Liverpool Could Use a Text-Only Turkish Airlines Sponsor?
Liverpool have announced that Turkish Airlines will become the club's new shirt sponsor from the 2027-28 season, ending the Reds' 17-year partnership with Standard Chartered.
While early fan concepts have used Turkish Airlines' familiar circular bird logo above the wordmark, a text-only sponsor could also be a realistic option.
The airline previously used a simplified two-line “TURKISH AIRLINES” wordmark on River Plate's shirts between 2019 and 2022, while Turkish clubs such as Galatasaray and Samsunspor have also used streamlined typographic versions of the branding.
A text-only layout could give Liverpool's future Adidas shirts a cleaner, less crowded look. The final sponsor application has yet to be confirmed, with the partnership set to begin in June 2027.
