Update: Decathlon has officially launched new Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 balls for the 2025–26 season.
Kipsta Ligue 1 25-26 Ball
The Kipsta Ligue 1 2025-2026 football features a predominantly white base, a common choice for match balls, ensuring good visibility. The design incorporates a modern and dynamic panel structure. The graphic elements applied to these panels are quite striking, featuring jagged, almost shard-like shapes in black. These black elements are accented with a spray-paint or halftone dot effect, transitioning into hints of vibrant blue and magenta/pink towards the edges of the graphics. This creates a sense of depth and energy.
The official Ligue 1 logo (featuring McDonald's as the title sponsor, displayed as "LIGUE 1 M") is prominently placed on one of the white panels of the Decathlon Kipsta 25-26 Ligue 1 ball. The Kipsta brand logo is also clearly visible. The ball appears to use thermal bonding technology for its construction.
Tech-wise, Decathlon has changed nothing for the new Ligue 1 25-26 football.
Kipsta Ligue 2 25-26 Ball
The Kipsta Ligue 2 ball still features the same design as the Ligue 1 ball as usual, with the blue and pink pattern sections replaced by mint and purple colors.

Union Berlin 26-27 Home Kit to Be Released June 8
German newspaper BILD has confirmed our leak of the Adidas 1. FC Union Berlin home kit for the 2026-27 season. The design shifts from the prior red and white striped look to a predominantly red shirt with white accents on the collar and shoulders. An embossed geometric pattern across the front and sleeves directly references the steel roof structure of Stadion An der Alten Försterei as a tribute to the club's historic ground. Sponsors Adidas, Raisin and Kermi remain unchanged from the previous season.
The kit will be officially unveiled on June 8, an earlier date chosen to avoid the FIFA World Cup window running from June 11 to July 19.
Adidas Launches Special 26-27 Dog Kit for Real Madrid
Adidas has released a dedicated kit for dogs linked to Real Madrid. The designs adapt the club's new 2026-2027 home kit.
The collection lets fans outfit their pets to match the team's look. It builds on Adidas's growing range of pet products, including similar jerseys created for select national teams ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Arsenal Sends Kit Without Adidas Logo & Arsenal Crest
Arsenal shirt collector @NathanPanter_52 has posted images of the 26-27 home shirt bought for £136 that is missing both the Adidas logo and the club crest. The item is an official product - it is very uncommon that something like that happens.
LEAKED: Adidas to Upgrade Leeds United to Local Elite Tier
As spotted by @theadelites, a new customisation option on the Leeds United club shop website allows fans to chosse between replica and authentic kits (added by error too early). This probably means that Adidas has upgraded the club from the B Premium tier to one of the Local A Elite tiers. The move gives fans the option to select authentic kits built around advanced Climacool+ performance technology.
Reports from February indicated similar upgrades for clubs including Ajax and Lyon ahead of the 2026-27 season, but Adidas apparently postponed/scrapped these. Adidas previously already upgraded British teams Celtic, Aston Villa, and Newcastle United.
