Exclusive: Mexico to Release Centenary Kit in 2027

Footy Headlines can exclusively leak that Adidas will release a special centenary kit for the Mexican National Team in 2027. The kit will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol (FMF), founded in 1927.

Therefore, Footy Headlines predicts that the Mexico 2027 Centenary jersey will feature a Burgundy (Dark Red) main color as a tribute to the team's origins and their earliest uniforms.

However, there is also a possibility that the Mexico Centenary jersey will feature a half-and-half design in red and white, as a tribute to the 1923 kit - the first-ever kit in the nation’s history.

As with other recent high-profile retro releases, the kit will feature the Adidas Trefoil logo.

For the team badge, Adidas will utilize a classic Mexico crest. However, it is not yet confirmed which specific era will be chosen. It will likely be either:
