Swiss Challenge League club FC Aarau has officially unveiled a special new kit dedicated to the traditional "Maienzug" (May Procession) festival, a significant cultural event in the city of Aarau. This unique jersey, manufactured by Craft, will serve as the club's third kit for the 2025-2026 season.

The FC Aarau 25-26 "Maienzug" special kit is predominantly white, reflecting the theme "White like the Maienzug. Real like Aarau." At first glance, it appears understated, but closer inspection reveals intricate, subtle details woven into the design.
The fabric of the Aarau 25-26 third kit features tonal ornamental patterns inspired by the ornate gables found on historic buildings in Aarau's old town. Further celebrating the festival, stylized representations of cornflower and pomegranate blossoms – blue and orange-red flowers traditionally associated with the Maienzug for generations – are incorporated into the design. These floral motifs are also depicted in their full colours on the inside of the collar, offering a discreet yet vibrant accent.
To maintain the clean, all-white aesthetic, sponsor logos (like Aargauische Kantonalbank) and player names and numbers are applied in white, creating an elegant and high-quality look.
