2025-2026 Home Kit: The club has also launched their new Umbro home kit for the 2025-2026 season, featuring traditional amber and black vertical stripes, a black V-neck collar with white and amber trim, and the new club crest.

Cambridge United has today unveiled a significant brand evolution, launching a new club identity spearheaded by a totally new crest. Simultaneously, the club has revealed their new Umbro home kit for the 2025-2026 season.

New Cambridge United Crest

The cornerstone of the rebrand is the new Cambridge United club crest. This replaces the previous, old-school design which featured a football, the "CU" initials, and a castle turret within a shield, along with a "Cambridge United F.C." banner.

The new Cambridge United crest is a bold, circular amber design. It features the intertwined initials "CUFC" in a modern, stylized font, topped by a simplified castle turret motif, all enclosed within a circular border. This new emblem is being fully implemented across all club channels, media, and digital assets, with physical signage at the Cledara Abbey Stadium also being updated.

Cambridge United Logo Options

Cambridge fans had the chance to give their feedback on three different crest suggestions. They chosen design was by far the most popular.

Indeed, the new Cambridge United 2025 logo has some similarities to the inner parts of the crest of Argentinian clubs River Plate and Rosario Central, as correctly noted by shirt expert @ChatsShirt.

Umbro Cambridge United 2025-26 Home Kit

This is the new Umbro Cambridge United home jersey for 2025-26.

Showcased in a launch film titled "New Identity. Same Endeavour," featuring club legends and current players, the Umbro Cambridge United 2025-2026 home shirt features the club's traditional amber and black vertical stripes.

The Cambridge United jersey incorporates a black V-neck collar with a subtle white and amber trim detail. This trim is also present on the black sleeve cuffs. The new amber club crest is proudly displayed on the left chest, with the white Umbro diamond on the right.

"Brooks - Let's Run There" features as the new main front-of-shirt sponsor in white on the Cambridge United 25-26 kit. A detail on the inner back neck reads "UNITED IN ENDEAVOUR."
