According to an official announcement from the club, sales for the new home and away shirts in their first week of availability have increased by an incredible 700% compared to the same launch period last season.
The club received orders from over 150 different countries, with 80% of all sales coming via online channels. On the ground, the official Anfield store also recorded its busiest-ever week of trading since opening. The new kit deal with Adidas officially began on 1 August, 2025.
This represents a stunningly successful commercial start to the 2025-26 season for Liverpool and a huge win for Adidas, reaffirming the massive global appeal of the partnership.
Florian Wirtz & Diogo Jota Top Player Sales
Liverpool also revealed which player names have been the most popular on the back of the new shirts. New star signing Florian Wirtz has claimed the top spot, with his No. 7 shirt being the best-seller among supporters.
Diogo Jota's No. 20 shirt is the second most popular. In a fantastic initiative, Liverpool also announced that all club profits from the sale of "Diogo J. 20" shirts will be donated to the LFC Foundation to launch a new community football program named after the Portuguese forward.
