Chelsea have been without a permanent front-of-shirt sponsor since the start of the 2024-25 season. However, as per sponsorship insider Lu_Class_, Oracle will pay significantly less than the club initially expected.
The deal comes at a crucial time for Chelsea, which recently settled Financial and Sustainability Regulation breaches with UEFA and paid £27.5 million in fines. A major sponsorship deal helps balance the club's revenue against football costs. Interestingly, Oracle recently partnered with FPT, the IT firm that was announced as Chelsea's shirt sleeve sponsor last week.
