He did not wear the Predator in the Euro, but only switched to heavily modified Predators for the 1996-1997 season.
Zidane did wore Adidas boots before 1996, but only with the French national team, sponsored by Adidas. He wore Asics when Bordeaux was sponsored by Asics, and other brands before.
