Italian club Udinese Calcio today unveiled a special commemorative crest to mark their 130th anniversary. The new emblem will accompany the team throughout their historic milestone celebrations, reconnecting the modern club with the symbols of its foundation in 1896.
The White Star Returns: Udinese 130th Anniversary Commemorative Crest
At the core of the new anniversary design is a prominent white star, a direct callback to the crest that appeared on Udinese's original shirts. Situated within this star is the historic black-and-white shield representing both the city of Udine and the club, specifically positioned at the exact angle as it was over a century ago. The logo is completed by the club's name and the commemorative years 1896–2026.
This special anniversary crest will serve as the official symbol of the club's 130th year. It will feature prominently across Udinese's 26-27 Travel Collection and a selection of official accessories. It remains to be soon how it will be used on the kits.
