Closer Look: On Reveals Detailed Images of Mbappé's El Clásico 'ON-DCPT-KM410' Prototype Boots
Following Kylian Mbappé's decisive two-goal performance in Real Madrid's 2-1 El Clásico victory over Barcelona, On has shared an official close-up look at the custom prototype boots he debuted on the pitch: the ON-DCPT-KM410.
The detailed shots highlight the boot's technical construction and stripped-back aesthetic. Crafted with On's cutting-edge LightSpray technology, the upper is produced by an automated robotic arm spraying continuous thermoplastic filament onto a foot mold to form an ultralight, seamless, sock-like fit free of traditional stitching or glue. Clean laboratory-style coding—reading ON-DCPT-KM410 and LightSpray—is applied across the lateral collar and midfoot alongside the distinctive On emblem.
The centerpiece update on the KM410 is its striking, high-shine metallic chrome outsole. Set beneath a transparent chassis, the reinforced spine features subtle "Swiss Engineering" detailing and supports an aggressive stud layout with sharp bladed and chevron studs engineered specifically for Mbappé's explosive straight-line speed.
While the prototype remains strictly an experimental test model for Mbappé, On is scheduled to release its first commercially available football boot range in 2027.
