- Insolvency Facilitated Acquisition: The insolvency of the club's former commercial entity (TSV München von 1860 GmbH & Co. KGaA) on September 1, 2026, enabled the parent club and the new operating company to swiftly acquire key assets, including the protected name and visual trademarks.
- Temporary Crest Usage: Earlier in the summer, legal complications forced the club to temporarily use a historical oval FA crest for the 26-27 season across match kits and communications, before the traditional lion badge was officially reinstated.
Great news for 1860 München fans: the club has officially secured the full rights to its iconic lion crest. Following the formal opening of insolvency proceedings for the club's former commercial entity (TSV München von 1860 GmbH & Co. The Lion Returns: 1860 München Regains Iconic Lion Crest After Insolvency Agreement
Earlier in the summer, legal complications and trademark issues stemming from the old company structure had forced Die Löwen to temporarily shelve their traditional badge. For the start of the 26-27 campaign, the club had to resort to a historical oval FA (Fußballabteilung) crest across match kits and communications.
For the 2026-2027 season, we expect 1860 München to solely use the Fußballabteilung crest, with the regular lion logo set to return for 2027-28.
TSV 1860 München 2026-2027 Home Kit
The 1860 München 2026-2027 home kit features classic light blue and white stripes with tailored raglan sleeve paneling and a custom textured knit fabric. Both the Societas logo and 1860 FA logo are black. Hanoi FC Uses Same Adidas Template as Mercedes F1 Shirt
Vietnamese V.League 1 side Hanoi FC and Adidas have unveiled the first kits from their new partnership, with the design immediately sparking discussion over its unusual short Three Stripes layout across the shoulders.
The shirt uses a new Adidas template with short 3-Stripes on the shoulders and a classic crew neck, a design primarily seen on takedown jersey (fan version). The same template is also used by Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula 1, including the team's latest “Vanda Bloom” collection. The purple colourway closely matches Hanoi FC's traditional identity.
The shirt uses a mixed construction: the body features standard Adidas Climacool fabric, while the sleeves use Player-version material.

CD Toledo 26-27 Home Kit Released
Spanish Tercera Federación side CD Toledo has officially unveiled its new home kit for the 26-27 campaign, manufactured by Joma. Presented under the slogan "Identidad. Puro Toledo," the release completes the club's uniform lineup for the upcoming season.
The Joma CD Toledo 2026-27 home jersey offers a classic and refined aesthetic, centered around the club's traditional rich green colorway. It features a sharp white polo collar and matching white sleeve cuffs, both enhanced with intricate subtle detailing along the edges. The shirt is complemented by white Joma branding, the club's crest on the left chest, and the La Sagra 0.0 sponsor on the front.
The launch of the green home strip rounds out CD Toledo's 26-27 kit set, following the earlier reveals of their black and gold pinstriped away kit and a 1990s-inspired gray third kit.
Aston Villa Announce 8Xbet as Official Asian Betting Partner
Aston Villa have officially confirmed online sportsbook operator 8Xbet as the club's Official Betting Partner in Asia. The regional partnership aims to bolster the Premier League side's commercial reach across the Far East through localized digital campaigns, fan engagement activations, and branded assets.
The agreement follows Aston Villa's recent pre-season tour across Asia and replaces their previous regional collaboration with NOVA88. 8Xbet is already well known within English football, having previously secured regional Asian betting partnerships with clubs such as Manchester City and Chelsea.
As Premier League regulations place tighter restrictions on front-of-shirt gambling sponsorships in the domestic UK market, clubs increasingly look toward geo-targeted overseas partnerships to maintain commercial revenue in Asian territories.
