The New Balance Grêmio 26-27 third jersey features a vibrant blue base decorated with subtle tonal vertical pinstripes and a classic white polo collar accented by gold piping.

Metallic gold accents appear throughout the design, including monochrome executions of the club crest, New Balance logo, and sponsor lettering. A small "1996" tag is positioned below the collar insert, alongside a commemorative "Tríplice Coroa 1996" seal near the lower right hem.

On the upper back beneath the collar, the kit features the numbers "04", "06", and "12" in gold, paying homage to the months in 1996 when Grêmio secured the Recopa Sudamericana, Campeonato Gaúcho, and Campeonato Brasileiro titles. Matching blue shorts and socks complete the kit.
