Reborn Nike Hypervenom 2027 Boots to Feature ZoomX Foam in Striking Zone

  • Hypervenom Silo Returns with ZoomX: Nike is reintroducing the Hypervenom line in 2027 to replace the Phantom series, featuring ZoomX foam integrated into the boot's main shooting area.
  • Innovative ZoomX Placement and Function: ZoomX foam, known for energy return, will be embedded in the upper's striking zone to provide instantaneous rebound and maximize ball velocity, rather than being placed in the soleplate.
  • Launch Details and Key Technologies: Scheduled for May 2027, the boots will include a honeycomb-textured Gripknit 3D upper with ACC, Flywire lockdown, a Cyclone 360 soleplate, and will be promoted by athletes including Erling Haaland.

Nike is preparing to bring back the iconic Hypervenom silo in 2027 to replace the Phantom line. We can now reveal a major technological innovation set to debut on the all-new Nike Hypervenom 2027 (also known as the Hypervenom 4): the integration of Nike ZoomX foam directly into the boot's main shooting area.

Reborn Nike Hypervenom 2027 Boots to Feature ZoomX Foam in Striking Zone

Nike Hypervenom 2027 - ZoomX Striking Zone

Renowned for powering Nike's premier marathon running shoes, ZoomX is celebrated for its ultra-lightweight profile and market-leading energy return. In an unprecedented move for football boots, Nike will not place ZoomX beneath the foot in the soleplate, but instead embed the foam inside the upper's primary ball-striking zone. This integrated foam is engineered to provide instantaneous rebound, precision dampening, and superior responsiveness, maximizing ball velocity and impact power on shots.

The inclusion of Nike ZoomX into the striking zone of the Nike Hypervenom 2027 soccer boots evokes memories of some of the most famous Total 90 soccer cleats and their ShotShield element.

Working alongside the ZoomX strike zone, the upper features a honeycomb-textured design crafted with Gripknit 3D and All Conditions Control (ACC) technology for grip in wet and dry conditions, reinforced by Flywire lockdown and a Cyclone 360 soleplate stud layout.

The next-generation Nike Hypervenom 2027 will launch in May 2027 in a black and pink colorway, available in both high-cut Dynamic Fit and low-cut Elite versions, with Manchester City striker Erling Haaland serving as the lead cover athlete alongside Cole Palmer, Michael Olise, and Alexia Putellas.
