The cap was originally intended for family and friends only, with 500 produced. The Adidas Germany Klopp cap will be available from around November 2026.

Adidas Klopp Germany "Einer von 83 Millionen" Cap
This is the special Adidas Germany cap worn and conceived by Jürgen Klopp.
The custom Adidas Klopp "Einer von 83 Millionen" cap was not originally planned as a retail product; instead, it was created based on Klopp's personal idea. Only around three dozen pieces were initially produced and handed out to journalists attending the DFB press conference.
The exclusive nature of the cap quickly led to high viral demand, with early copies surfacing on resale platforms for around €100.
In terms of design, the cap is built on a black trucker silhouette featuring a breathable mesh back. The front panel showcases the classic Adidas Originals Trefoil logo embroidered in the German flag colors of black, red, and gold, bordered with gold outline stitching.
Positioned directly underneath is the slogan "EINER VON 83 MILLIONEN" (One of 83 million) in gold lettering. Along the side of the visor, the phrase "FÜR IMMER FUSSBALL" (Forever Football) is also stitched in gold.
During the press conference, Klopp used the cap to promote what he described as "positive patriotism." He explained that waving the national flag should represent joy and pride in living in a diverse, welcoming country rather than division, emphasizing that national symbols should not be abandoned to political extremists.

Red and green kit pairings are strictly discouraged by governing bodies and accessibility guidelines because they become indistinguishable to individuals with red-green color vision deficiency, which affects roughly 8% of men and 0.5% of women.
Since Nottingham Forest's home shirt is also red, the club resorted to dark training gear with match numbers applied on the back to provide adequate contrast for players, referees, and spectators.
Forest could have worn their light blue kit, but apparently they did not bring it.
