Societas Modifies 1860 Munich 26-27 Home Kit Layout
Following the first look at the 26-27 home shirt, many fans pointed out that the badges sat too far apart and too close to the armpits. In an update shared on social media, the Munich-based brand showcased behind-the-scenes mockups and sample shirts with pinned badges, reassuring supporters that their comments were being taken into account and that the collection remains an active "work in progress."
The updated design shifts both the historical oval 'FA 1860' crest and the Societas manufacturer mark closer toward the center of the chest. This creates a more balanced aesthetic across the light blue and white vertical stripes. In addition, Societas reduced the size of the 1860 München crest and added a white background to the logos.
The refined version will be available to supporters once the club's new online shop officially launches.
