Vietnam Football Federation to Release New Logo?

VFF is expected to introduce a new logo and brand identity after almost two decades. The current VFF logo features a fairly simple design with a blue-outlined football and the Vietnamese flag draped over it.

This logo was introduced in 2008, following a competition organized by the VFF. The active logo is considered outdated, and many fans hope that VFF will change it to be more modern.

The present VFF logo is the second version. The first version was released in 1994, also through a design competition, and was used until 2008. The old VFF logo featured yellow, red, and dark green, with stylized geometric shapes forming the letters "VFF".

This is also the only logo ever to appear on the Vietnam national team's kits during the 1998-1999 period.

The new VFF logo will likely not appear on Vietnam's 2027 match kits from Adidas.
