Santos To Sign Under Armour Kit Deal

Several Brazilian media report that Santos FC will sign a kit deal with the Baltimore-based US company Under Armour. Nike is the current Santos Kit Supplier, while the US-giant presented the new Santos FC 2014 Home and Away Jerseys recently. The new Santos Under Armour Kit Deal will be announced officially in early 2015.

Santos Under Armour Kit Deal Details

According to the Brazilian journalist Fábio Sormani, Santos will sign a five-year kit deal with UA in January 2015 to supply the Santos Jerseys until 2020.

The new Santos Under Armour Shirt Deal is reported to be worth 25m Brazilian Real ($11m, €8.5m, £6.8m) a season to the famous club of Pele and Neymar. R$20m will be paid in cash, while R$5m are paid for the sports equipment.

Santos will be the first Brazilian football team to be supplied by Under Armour, while the US brand also makes the kits for Tottenham, Colo-Colo, Deportivo Toluca and Cruz Azul.
