FC Barcelona today revealed a special Barcelona 14-15 Shirt to be worn by the team in Xavi's last ever La Liga match, at home against Deportivo La Coruña.

The special Barcelona Shirt to say goodbye to Xavi Hernández is based on the normal FC Barcelona 14-15 Home Shirt. The inscription "Gràcies Xavi - 23 maig 2015" (Thanks Xavi - 23 May 2015) is placed between the Nike and FC Barcelona logos.
Xavi today announced that he will leave the Catalan club after 17 years to join Al Sadd in Qatar. Xavi will play two more finals after this weekend's game, against Athletic Bilbao in the Copa del Rey and against Juventus in the Champions League.
Adidas already last week unveiled a special Adidas Predator Instinct Boot to pay tribute to Xavi's huge career in football.
