Under Armour SpeedForm Leather Boots Released

At the launch of its new speed boot, the UA SpeedForm, Under Armour this week also revealed the all-new Under Armour SpeedForm Leather Soccer Cleats, available in two black and white no-nonsense paint jobs.

While the synthetic version of the Under Armour SpeedForm will be used by new Manchester United winger Memphis Depay, it is expected that the leather variant of the new SpeedForm Cleats will not receive a lot on-pitch support.

This is the black / white Under Armour SpeedForm CRM Leather Football Boot.

Under Armour released this understated paint job of the new UA SpeedForm Leather Cleats, combining a black base and soleplate with light grey Under Armour and SpeedForm logos.

The new Under Armour SpeedForm Leather Football Boots are largely based on the same foundations as the synthetic Under Armour SpeedForm Boots, technology-wise.

Under Armour uses a synthetic leather replacement and not actual leather for the upper of the new UA SpeedForm Leather Boots. The microfiber material used is called wallaroo and Under Armour claims that it delivers the benefits of great touch with a soft leather-like feel without the over-stretch and water absorption of natural leather.

Under Armour SpeedForm Leather Football Boots White / Black

This is the second leather colorway of the new Under Armour SpeedForm Cleats.

The other color of the SpeedForm Leather Football Cleats unveiled by Under Armour this week is almost the exact opposite of the first variant, boasting a clean, white upper and black accents.

The soleplate of the white UA SpeedForm Leather Boots features a stunning reflective material, reminiscent of that of the 2014 Adidas Adizero Crazylight.
