It caused quite a storm 7 years ago when Nicklas Bendtner laced up in the eye-catching boots, and he even gave an interview to explain he story behind his pink football boots.
Nicklas Bendtner laced up in the bold Hyper Pink Nike Mercurial Superfly in in the German Super Cup Final against Bayern Munich on August 1, and scored the equalizer and the winning penalty to beat the German Bundesliga champions. Pink football boots are somewhat Bendtner's signature paint job.
The Danish striker now published a picture of his Berry Nike Mercurial Vapor Cleats and his Hyper Pink Nike Mercurial Superfly Lightning Storm Pack Boots, and he just wanted to make clear that he has the power to create trends with the following message.
"People made fun 5 years ago, when I was wearing these. Now everyone is wearing them."
In fact, almost all Nike Mercurial athletes including Alexis Sanchez, Hazard and Arturo Vidal are now wearing the Hyper Pink Nike Mercurial Superfly Boots after Nike launched the eye-catching Nike Lightning Storm Boots Pack in mid-July 2015.

We have the first image of a unique new Adidas Germany retro jacket, showcasing an intriguing new approach from the sportswear brand.
While the design instantly evokes strong nostalgia for the 1990s, this upcoming release is actually an "alternate history" creation. Despite its highly authentic vintage appearance and period-accurate details, this specific track jacket never actually existed in the official Adidas catalogues during the 1990s, making it a brand new addition to their retro-focused lifestyle collection.
To achieve this convincing old-school aesthetic, Adidas has utilized their classic 1992 template as the structural foundation for the design. The garment features a vibrant green base that heavily nods to Germany's traditional away kits of the era. The colors of the German national flag are cleverly completed on the sleeves through large geometric blocks that also recreate the 3 stripes.
The same jacket will also be released for Spain and other Adidas national teams.
