Leaked Adidas X 'Meteor Shower' Boots - Will They Ever Be Released?
It would be a spectacular boot. Two months ago, we exclusively leaked the Adidas X 15.1 'Meteor Shower' Multicolor Soccer Cleats featuring an one-of-a-kind design, made to stand out on the pitch. But will they ever actually be released?
On July 22, we even leaked a second paint job of the Adidas X 'Meteor Shower' Football Boots combining the main color Solar Red with orange, black and gold details to create an outstanding design. It was a clear sign that Adidas would launch the Adidas X 15.1 Meteor Shower 2015-2016 Boots in the coming months.
On September 7, Adidas introduced the Glorious Print option to the custom Adidas X 15.1 Boots. And while this wasn't really a big deal, we spotted two images that could solve the mystery with the Adidas X 2015-2016 'Meteor Shower' Boots.
Adidas X 'Meteor Shower' Boots To Be Available on Mi Adidas
Here are the two images from miadidas.com showing the Adidas X 'Meteor Shower'.
The first image shows three well-known custom Adidas X 15.1 Football Boots, which are already possible to create with the current options for the Adidas X, and two boots that boast the trademark 'Meteor Shower' graphic pattern of the leaked Adidas X 2015-2016 Soccer Boots. The second image even reveals more details of the Adidas X 'Meteor Shower' Boots, and looks remarkable similar to the leaked white boot.
Interestingly, the pictures didn't come without a twist though, as the link includes 'june' in the url. This indicates that Adidas already planned to add the Meteor Shower graphic pattern to the custom miadidas X 15.1 Boots when they were introduced to the customization service in late June 2015.
But the only print option available at that time was the splatter graphic pattern, which is also used for various regular colorways of the Adidas X Cleats.
So they're are only three options now. Either Adidas has canceled the Meteor Shower graphic pattern options for the custom Adidas X 15.1 Boots for ever, or the German brand will add the stunning Meteor Shower graphic pattern to the custom mi Adidas X 15.1 Soccer Boots in the coming months.
But it's also possible that Adidas will launch the Adidas X 'Meteor Shower' Boots as a general release as they proved to be popular. It would be awesome.
We don't think that the Adidas X 15.1 Meteor Shower Boots will be ever available using miadidas. Do you think that the Adidas X 2015 'Meteor Shower' Boots will be available on miadidas or even as a general release? Let us know in the comments below.

Harrogate Town 26-27 Home Kit Released
Harrogate Town has officially revealed its new home kit for the 2026-2027 season. Produced by technical sponsor New Balance, the latest primary strip offers a bold and modern twist on the club's traditional yellow and black colors. Following the recent reveal of their striking geometric away jersey, this home release confirms that New Balance is committed to delivering highly bespoke and eye-catching designs for the North Yorkshire side's upcoming campaign.
The New Balance Harrogate Town 26-27 home shirt features a vibrant yellow base, anchored by thick black vertical stripes across the front of the torso. However, instead of traditional solid bands, these stripes are executed with a modern, pixelated halftone gradient effect that fades heavily around the midsection to seamlessly accommodate the black "envirovent" sponsor logo. To ensure a cohesive and sharp aesthetic, the New Balance manufacturer logo and the official club crest are both applied in a sleek black and yellow monochrome finish.
The launch completes the team's set for 2026-2027.
