Werder Bremen 15-16 Alternate Kit Revealed
German Bundesliga club SV Werder Bremen today revealed a new alternate kit, which draws inspiration from the region with the striking color red. The new Werder Bremen 2015-2016 Fourth Kit is set to be debuted in the DFB Cup tie against Köln on 28 October 2015 and will be also worn in the last Bundesliga home match of the year.
Interestingly, Werder Bremen already revealed a white 15-16 Third Shirt featuring the Town Musicians of Bremen on the front. However, the German club nevertheless decided to release a further white shirt, while the previous white shirt won't be used anymore.

This is the new Werder Bremen 2015-16 Fourth Kit.
Werder Bremen's 2015-16 Alternate Kit features the colors of the city of Bremen, red and white. Based on the striking Nike Sash Jersey, the new Werder Bremen 2015-16 Fourth Kit combines the main color white with a unique red Sash on the front. The key from the city's coat of arms is printed on the front of the shirt.
"Our first cup home game in five years is the perfect opportunity to debut the new alternate kit," said Petra Stelljes, chief executive of the Werder fan service. It's not to be a one-off appearance though. "This alternate kit will also be our Christmas kit on the final Bundesliga home matchday of the year. Curiously, that will also be against Köln in mid-December. The Werder fan service team obviously have their fingers crossed that the players can get two wins from those two games."
White shorts and socks complete the new SV Werder Bremen 2015-16 Fourth Shirt.
Werder Bremen will also wear the new white and red alternate kit when the darker colors of the green home kit and the navy away kit both clash with the colors of the opponent.
