Chelsea 2016 Training and Pre-match Shirts Revealed

Chelsea and Adidas have just unveiled the club's all-new pre-match jersey, set to be debuted ahead of tonight's Champions League match against Maccabi Tel-Aviv. The new Adidas Chelsea 2016 training kit is still to be released, although it should follow shortly.

This is the new Chelsea pre-match top, the first-ever of its kind for the club.

Based on the new Adidas pre-match jersey template, already used for the brand's national teams as well as for the likes of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Manchester United, the new Chelsea 2016 pre-match top features the club's traditional blue and white. Unlike with Adidas' Euro 2016 kits, the three stripes sit proudly on the on the shoulders of the new Chelsea pre-match shirt.

This is the new Chelsea 2016 training shirt.

The new Chelsea 2016 training kit combines white with blue and red in a reshuffling of the colors used for the Chelsea 15-16 home kit. Mostly white, the upper part and the sleeves are almost entirely blue, while a red band runs around the waist. A bold Adidas Performance logo is placed centrally on the back in blue.
