Brand-New Last-Gen Adidas Gloro 2016 Boots Released

The tongue is back. Adidas today released a brand-new colorway for the last-gen Adidas Gloro Football Boots to offer fans of the first generation a new chance to get their hands on the tongue boots.

Last March, Adidas released the all-new first-gen Adidas Gloro Soccer Cleat. Made for players who prefer a traditional design but do not want to without the latest technologies, the Adidas Gloro 15.1 Boots with the tongue became an instant hit amongst boot fans. However, in December 2015, Adidas launched the second generation of the Adidas without the already signature tongue and was therefore criticized by the many fans of the first-gen boots.

Adidas Gloro 15.1 Black / Yellow / Gold

This is the brand-new Adidas Gloro 15.1 2016 Boots Colorway.

Combining the main colors black and striking yellow, the brand-new Adidas Gloro 15.1 2016 Boots paint job is almost identical to the black and yellow launch colorway of the boots. However, whereas the first Black and Yellow paint job featured a classic shade of yellow, the black / yellow Adidas comes with a more modern yellow. The 3 stripes and the sole plate are Solar Yellow.

Tech-wise, the 'unexpected' Adidas Gloro 2016-2017 Boots paint job is the same as the six launch editions. The Black / Solar Yellow Adidas Gloro 15.1 2016 Cleat features a Kangaroo leather upper and a traditional fold-over tongue.

Retailing at a price of 80 GBP, the Black / Solar Yellow Last-Generation Adidas Gloro 2016 Football Shoes are available at Pro-Direct Soccer only.
