21-year-old Everton defender John Stones, who has been linked to clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea or Barcelona in the past few weeks, has likely left Adidas after he debuted Nike Boots in yesterday's Premier League match against Aston Villa.

John Stones wore a non-modified version of the Hyper Grape Nike Magista Opus Boots that were released in early February 2016. He previously laced up in synthetic version of the Solar Green Adidas Ace 2016 Football Boots. What does it mean that John Stones debuted the Nike Magista Opus?
It's just means the opposite as the case of Miroslav Klose, who will likely leave Nike after he debuted a unbranded, blackout version of the Nike Hypervenom Boots in Lazio's last league match.

Germany 2026 World Cup Numbers Announced
Update - June 9, 2026: Retailer subsidesports has created a stunning college image showcasing the Adidas Germany 2026 World Cup typeface, applied to both the kit and the full squad lineup. They have also given us a first look at the new 2026 World Cup sleeve badge on the Germany shirt.
The German national team has released its official squad shirt numbers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Manuel Neuer retains the number one jersey in goal, with Oliver Baumann at twelve and Alexander Nübel at twenty-one. Defensively, Antonio Rüdiger wears two, Joshua Kimmich six, Nico Schlotterbeck fifteen, and Malick Thiaw twenty-four. On the attacking side, Jamal Musiala takes the ten, Florian Wirtz seventeen, Jamie Leweling nine, and Leroy Sané nineteen.
