Based on the second-gen Nike Hypervenom Phantom II cleats, the new Nike Hypervenom Anti-Clog Traction boots are the first Hypervenom boots to feature the all-new Nike Anti-Clog Traction tech. The new Nike Anti-Clog Traction sole plate boasts an adaptive polymer that becomes compliant when exposed to water, thus preventing almost all mud from sticking to it.

Apart from that, the sole plate of the all-new Nike Hypervenom Phantom Anti-Clog boots is identical to that of the other members of the Anti-Clog collection. It combines 12 studs of different lengths in a fairly standard manner.

A boot that's all about the included technologies, the Nike Hypervenom II Anti-Clog Traction boots come with an understated overall design. Entirely black bar Volt outlining to the Nike logos and a subtle iridescent finish on the brandings and zig-zag graphic, the new Nike Hypervenom 2 Anti-Clog soccer cleats are sure to be a favorite among fans of more traditional footwear. The iconic Nike Anti-Clog hexagon logo is present on the heel of the new Nike Hypervenom Anti-Clog cleats.

Part of the initial rollout of the Nike Anti-Clog, the Nike Anti-Clog football boot pack, the Nike Hypervenom Phantom II Anti-Clog Traction boots will hit the Nike Football app on April 15, 2016. A later launch through other channels has not been announced so far.
