Black Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl UltraBoost Released

In order to offer a more understated alternative to the 'Solar Yellow' paint job, Adidas today also released an understated black and white effort to go with it.

This is the first-ever laceless Adidas Ultra Boost running shoe in black and white.

Whereas the yellow colorway takes direct inspiration from the Speed of Light Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl cleats, the black Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl UltraBoost introduces a wholly different look. With the iconic Boost midsole colored white, the rest of the shoe is entirely black, including the lateral Three Stripes and the ultra writing on the outstep.

From a tech standpoint, the Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl Ultra Boost running shoes combine the laceless upper construction of the football boots with the midsole and heel cup of the popular Adidas UltraBoost running shoes.

Available from July 13, the black and white Adidas Ace 16+ Ultra Boost sneakers retail at $200.
