Euro 2016 Team of the Tournament Revealed

One day after Portugal won Euro 2016, UEFA today revealed the official Team of the Tournament. Featuring four Portugal players, three from Germany and two each of France and Wales, the Euro 2016 Team of the Tournament features a similarly diverse selection of boots.

Four Nike, three Adidas and two Puma players made the Euro 2016 team, with New Balance and Umbro also represented with one player each. Boot models are similarly divided, with the Nike Mercurial being the only one to be worn by more than one player.
France's Antoine Griezmann, wearing Puma evoSPEED cleats, was chosen as overall player of the tournament.
UEFA coaching ambassador Sir Alex Ferguson said: "After quite a bit of deliberation, the observers chose a team that features the best performing players from the best performing teams at UEFA EURO 2016. We have chosen dominant central defenders; full-backs who can defend and attack; deep-lying midfielders who can control the game and dynamic, flexible and creative attackers, all of whom have the ability to create and score goals. We believe that the selected XI represents the best of the competition."

French club Stade Brestois 29 have officially launched their new away kit for the 26-27 season. Made by Adidas, the new shirt was unveiled today and will be worn by the team for their matches away from the Stade Francis-Le Blé.
Dubbed Brest la Blanche, the Adidas Stade Brestois 26-27 away jersey introduces a clean white design. The look is deeply inspired by the region's maritime heritage, specifically the sea of Iroise and the Atlantic Ocean. Its subtle design elements are meant to evoke the sea foam carried by the coastal waves.

Urayasu D-Rocks Announce Macron Kit Deal
Japanese rugby team Urayasu D-Rocks has officially announced a new kit supplier agreement with Italian brand Macron, which will take effect starting from the 26-27 season. The Macron FC Lausanne-Sport 26-27 home shirt draws direct inspiration from the kit worn during the 1962 Swiss Cup final. It features a classic design that pays homage to the club's rich history, utilizing traditional elements to create a retro aesthetic fitting for the anniversary.
