Miguel Layún To Lace Up in Adidas Predator Accelerator Football Boots?

It's unlikely that the Mexican international will wear the 18-year old boots in an official match.

Miguel Layún posted the picture with the following caption on his Instagram: "Si señor. Unos más a la colección!!". That suggests that he just bought the boots for his collection and not to wear them.

The most remarkable player to wear the Adidas Predator Accelerator was definitely Zidane, who won the World Cup in France wearing Adidas' most iconic boot of the past 20 years.

Released in 1998, the Adidas Predator Accelerator football boot is designed for ultimate power, swerve and accuracy featuring a K-leather upper and special rubber elements on the upper.
