Roman Weidenfeller has become the second Borussia Dortmund player to wear the next-gen Puma evoPOWER football boots in training after Julian Weigl was spotted wearing the 2017 Puma evoPOWER Vigor cleats in training 10 days ago.

Here are three close-ups of the soccer cleats worn by Roman Weidenfeller in training this week.

Roman Weidenfeller wore a blackout version of the Puma evoPOWER Vigor, while the images do not provide a better look at the boots as they are not better than the pictures that already surfaced of the boot.

The boot worn by Roman Weidenfeller are the synthetic version of Puma's new Power boot that most remarkably comes with a tongue-less construction. The all-new Puma evoPOWER Vigor boots will hit pitches in a striking green paint job, which is expected to be worn by the BVB goalkeeper from early 2017.
