MLS Star Leaks Never-Seen-Before Adidas Ace 2017 Boots

Former Premier League striker Kevin Doyle, now earning his living playing in the MLS, showcased a very interesting pair of unreleased Adidas Ace 17.1 soccer boots this weekend.

The boots worn by Kevin Doyle in Sunday's MLS game against Seattle Sounders are split between white at the front and blue at the back. This rather classic base is accompanied by striking pink Adidas stripes, sitting on the side of the frame.

Interestingly, the same colorway, blue in the back and white in the front, with pink stripes on the sides, was leaked for both the Ace 17+ PureControl and the 17.1 Primeknit. However, Doyle's boots are obviously based on the Leather edition of the Ace 17 - since Adidas hasn't released identical paint jobs for both leather and synthetic editions for some time now, something is definitely off here.
