MLS team Vancouver Whitecaps just now unveiled its new home kit for the 2017 season, dubbed the "Rain jersey", in on the basis of Vanouver's "Rain City" nick. Made by Adidas like all other shirts in the league, the Vancouver Whitecaps 2017 home kit introduces a sleek and clean design.

Predominantly white, the Vancouver Whitecaps 2017 kit has a dark blue v-collar and sleeve cuffs in the same color. The Adidas stripes, sitting on the shoulders of the new Vancouver 2017 MLS jersey, are also dark blue.
The base design of the Vancouver Whitecaps 2017 home jersey is inspired by Vancouver's "Rain City" nickname. It consists of small triangles that are meant to represent drops of rain.
