Joma Deal Falls Through: Mizuno to Become Fiorentina's New Kit Supplier?
- Joma Deal Collapses: Fiorentina's expected kit deal with Joma has fallen through at the last minute.
- Mizuno Emerges: Japanese brand Mizuno is now the frontrunner to become Fiorentina's kit supplier from the 2026-27 season.
- Kappa's Departure: Kappa will no longer be Fiorentina's kit supplier after the 2025-26 season, ending a six-year partnership.
In a dramatic turn of events, the expected kit supplier deal between ACF Fiorentina and Joma has reportedly collapsed at the last minute. According to reports from Firenze Viola, Japanese brand Mizuno is now the clear favorite to take over from Kappa and produce the club's kits from the 2026-27 season.

This is a major surprise, as the deal with Joma had been considered "all but done" for several months.
The Joma Fiorentina Deal Falls Through
For months, since March 2025, all signs pointed towards the Spanish brand Joma making a return to Florence, replacing the outgoing Kappa at the end of the 25-26 season.
However, the Italian outlet Firenze Viola reports that the agreement, which was "practically a step away", has now fallen through in the final hours.
Mizuno Emerges as Frontrunner
With the Joma deal now off the table, the reports state that Mizuno's chances are "sharply rising" and that the Japanese brand is now the "most probable choice" for the Viola.
This would be a significant move for Mizuno, signaling their growing ambitions in European football. They are already the kit supplier for fellow Serie A club SS Lazio in a deal that runs until at least 2028.
This summer, Mizuno officially became the kit supplier for AS Monaco starting from the 2025-26 season, demonstrating a clear strategy to expand their presence in Europe's top football leagues.

One thing that remains certain is that the current supplier, Kappa, will leave the club after the 2025-26 season, ending a six-year partnership.
