Premier League 2016-17 Team of the Year Football Boots

As the season is entering the closing stages, the first awards are getting handed out. This morning, the Premier League Team of the Year was announced. We decided to take a look at which boots are on display in this most illustrious of XIs.

2017 PFA Team of the Year

This is the 2016-2017 Premier League Team of the Year.

Understandably dominated by players from title-bound Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, who are almost certain to finish second, the 2017 PFA Team of the Year features only players wearing Adidas or Nike boots.

To be exact, the former is dominating the selection with no less than seven players under contract compared to Adidas' four. Boot model-wise, the Nike Magista and Mercurial as well as the Adidas X are ahead of the pack with three players each.
