Better than Dortmund's? FC Barcelona Creates Gigantic Mosaic Of 17-18 Home Kit in Manhattan

Barça fans and citiziens from New York came together in the heart of Manhattan in Bryant Park to take part in a gigantic mosaic of FC Barcelona's new 17-18 home shirt ahead of the first pre-season friendly of the season.

The event was attended by the Club's President, Josep Maria Bartome and the Barça Legends Juliano Belletti and Thierry Henry.

Barça Creates 'Largest Human Soccer Jersey Ever'

Here is how the mosaic was created.

To create the 'largest human soccer jersey ever', 3,330 participants lifted their tiles to make the biggest Barça shirt in history.

Interestingly, German Bundesliga team Borussia Dortmund revealed their new shirt for 2013-14 using more than 80,000 flowers, creating a similar spectacular impression.
