It is quite easy to see at first glance that Gideon Jung's are classic Adidas +F50 Tunit football boots, but only a closer look reveals that he is wearing the special, quite rare Adidas + F50.7 Tunit Climacool edition. The interchangeable Adidas + F50.7 Tunit soccer cleat hat was also released as leather and standard synthetic version in 2007.

ClimaCool was an Adidas advancement in boot technology released more than 10 years ago, used by the likes of David Beckham. ClimaCool football boots are designed to conduct the slow moving air surrounding the boots, through the holes to cool the feet during exercise.

In fact, the ClimaCool upper of the Adidas F50i football boots is slightly thicker than the synthetic F50i upper, as it has both the ClimaCool material and comfortable material and mesh lining inside. All in all, it is more similar to a leather upper than to a standard synthetic one.

The ClimaCool Adidas F50i football boots also don't feature the lace cover like other models in the F50i rang but an open lace design with an extremely comfortable and soft material tongue that Adidas took from their running shoes.
