Nike this month released the final Chapter of the Nike Mercurial Superfly CR7 Chapter series. The Cristiano Ronaldo Chapter series celebrate the most important achievements and steps of Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo in his career. Nike launched seven different unique boots as part of the series. We take a look at all Nike Mercurial Superfly CR7 chapters.
Mercurial Superfly IV CR7 Chapter 1 - Savage Beauty
The first of seven signature boot chapters celebrating key moments in the game's most explosive legacy, the Savage Beauty Mercurial is inspired by Cristiano's volcanic homeland of Madeira. Growing up surrounded by one of the world's most destructive natural phenomena, CR7's fierce passion and explosive ability on the pitch comes as no surprise.
Design Details
Designed to CR7's exact specifications, the Savage Beauty Superfly IV features an iconic lava-inspired graphic—the most intricate print in Nike Football history. The vibrant six-colour design flows from toe to heel, accentuating Cristiano's incredible speed, which is complemented by an iridescent White Swoosh. The classic CR7 logo appears on the lateral side of the heel to highlight this Mercurial as a signature edition.

Mercurial Superfly IV CR7 Chapter 2 - Natural Diamond
Chapter 2 of 7 in a CR7 signature series celebrating Cristiano's illustrious career, Natural Diamond is inspired by the moment he left Madeira to realise his dream of becoming the world's best. The boot's iconic design pays tribute to Cristiano's raw, natural ability as a young footballer, and the way pressure polished and refined his game.
Design Details
Debuting a textured heel—a Mercurial first—which smoothens out towards the toe, every detail of the boot celebrates the way Cristiano refined his game, transforming potential into greatness. A bold, Oceanic Blue represents the sea he crossed from Madeira to mainland Portugal, following his pro aspirations at age 12 in Lisbon. The Blue upper is elevated with a visible sparkle on both the Swoosh and CR7 logo.

Mercurial Superfly V CR7 Chapter 3 - Discovery
The third of seven chapters chronicling CR7's iconic career, this Mercurial Superfly V, titled Discovery, is inspired by his man-of-the-match performance in Lisbon on 6 August 2003. Turning a friendly into a personal highlight reel, Cristiano caught the eye of one of the world's greatest managers, who signed him straight after the game, bringing him to Manchester and launching his career into the spotlight.
Design Details
Featuring the date history was made on the heel and an outline of the stadium that witnessed it on the sockliner, this Mercurial Superfly is packed with details to celebrate the moment of CR7's discovery. Reimagining his former club's colours with a Dark Seaweed and Volt colourway, the contrasting knit pattern pays tribute to their iconic striped kit. Finally, the subtle, reflective dot graphic recreates the wave pattern on the classic chrome Mercurial Vapor Cristiano was wearing the first time he made the world take notice.

Mercurial Superfly V CR7 Chapter 4 - Forged for Greatness
Inspired by Cristiano’s Manchester debut, wearing the famous No. 7 shirt, the Nike Mercurial Superfly 'Forged for Greatness Mercurial' football boot celebrates the moment CR became CR7. The boot pays tribute to the start of an explosive six-year period, during which time Cristiano forged his game, physique and mentality, evolving from prodigy to icon.
Design Details
Designed to the exact specifications of Cristiano Ronaldo, the Superfly V fuses a total Crimson soleplate with a metallic upper, reflecting his transformation through a molten-steel-inspired colourway. The iconic logo features a prominent 7 against tonal CR lettering to highlight the moment Cristiano earned his iconic number. The heel features the Roman numerals for 28, XXVIII, with the 'VII' highlighted – paying homage to the number he wore when he was discovered in Lisbon.

Mercurial Superfly V CR7 Chapter 5 - Cut To Brilliance
'Cut To Brilliance' marks the fifth chapter in a series of seven boots hailing the biggest moments in Cristiano Ronaldo's unrivalled career.
Design Details
A continuation from Chapter 2's raw diamond design, Chapter 5 presents CR7 as a finished stone. The clean fractal diamond pattern etched onto the upper is inspired by the Mercurial Vapor Superfly II, the first Mercurial he debuted in Madrid. The boot's White silhouette is inspired by CR7's new club, Los Blancos. Multi-coloured Flyknit yarns, combined with an iridescent coating on the upper, represent light shining through a diamond, symbolic of Cristiano's record-breaking performances.

Mercurial Superfly V CR7 Chapter 6 - Born Leader
'Born leader' marks the second to last chapter in Nike's series of seven boots hailing the biggest moments in Cristiano Ronaldo's unrivaled career. It is the first boot of the series based on the all-new Nike Mercurial Superfly 360.
Design Details
The turquoise colorway on Chapter 6 takes its inspiration from Portugal’s previous away kits. A ‘C’ for Cristiano recognizes his role as Captain of Portugal and sits on top of an armillary sphere. The nautical device is a tribute to the country’s rich maritime history and is featured inside both swooshes.
CR7’s player edition features all the technology of the Mercurial 360, wrapping the entire foot in Flyknit, embedding Nike All Conditions Control (ACC) into the upper, and eliminating the soleplate for traction only where you need it. The result is a boot built for explosive speed in all directions.

Mercurial Superfly V CR7 Chapter 7 - Built On Dreams
The last chapter in CR7's story ends with a culmination of all his awards and accomplishments. Paying homage to his iconic number 7, The Nike CR7 Chapter 7 cleat features graphics in the forefoot, the sole, and the heel, all of which reference Ronaldo's shirt number 7. CR7's favorite boots, the Mercurial SL Carbon Fiber, also receive a call out in the form of the printed carbon fiber graphic on the heel.

OH Leuven 26-27 Away Kit Released
Belgian Pro League club Oud-Heverlee Leuven have officially unveiled their new 2026-27 away kit. Made by Jako, the new shirt introduces a bold dark look for the upcoming domestic campaign.
The Jako OH Leuven 2026-27 away shirt features a black base with deep green vertical stripes and vibrant orange pinstripes running down the body. Dark green detailing appears on the collar and sleeve cuffs, while the Jako logo and club crest are centrally positioned on the chest.

New Material for UEFA Champions League Patches?
Based on images from Manchester United's recent posts, it appears that the Starball and UEFA Foundation sleeve patches for the 26-27 UEFA Champions League might be moving away from the traditional velvet material. Instead, they seem to feature a noticeably thinner and flatter composition.
Without high-resolution close-ups, the exact material specifications cannot be fully confirmed just yet.
However, this potential shift remains unconfirmed, as other clubs have not displayed this change. Real Betis, for instance, still appeared with standard velvet-textured patches during their recent 26-27 Champions League portrait photoshoot sessions.

Almere City 26-27 Cup Kit Released
Dutch club Almere City have officially unveiled their new 2026-27 Cup kit. Made by Craft, the special “HANASAKA!” shirt celebrates the club’s connection with Japan through owner Yanmar and the Yanmar Hanasaka International Youth Cup, an U19 tournament organised by Almere City at the Yanmar Stadion.
The Craft Almere City 2026-27 Cup shirt features a black base with subtle tonal cherry blossom branch motifs across the front. Mint green and pastel pink details add contrast, with a mint crew-neck collar and sponsor branding joined by a pink monochrome club crest, Craft logo and sleeve trims.

Sutton United 26-27 Third Kit Released
English club Sutton United and kit manufacturer VX3 have officially unveiled the club's new third kit for the 2026-27 campaign. Themed around the slogan "Where Passion Blooms," the release pays homage to the local area's historic lavender fields and was presented alongside players from the Sutton United Women's squad.
The VX3 Sutton United 26-27 third shirt is predominantly light lavender purple, paired with contrasting dark purple raglan sleeves and a matching polo collar. A monochrome purple club badge sits on the left chest, complemented by dark purple sponsor logos and an embroidered sprig of lavender on the upper back just below the neckline.
The new third kit completes Sutton United's kit set for the 2026-27 season alongside their previously released home and away strips.

Puma and Plymouth Argyle have officially launched the club's new third kit for the 26-27 season. Designed to make a bold visual impact on the pitch, the new strip brings back a vibrant tangerine look for the Pilgrims.

Portuguese Liga Portugal 2 side FC Penafiel have officially launched their new away kit for the 2026-27 season. Produced by Nike, the secondary strip arrives two weeks after the release of the club's traditional red-and-black home jersey.
The Nike FC Penafiel 2026-27 away shirt is predominantly white, highlighted by a classic horizontal chest band in red that is bordered by thin black stripes. A black polo-style collar with a front insert adds a refined touch to the design. The Nike Swoosh and FC Penafiel crest are placed inside the red chest hoop, while the ABANCA sponsor logo appears in black across the midriff.
