Strapless: All-New Puma Future Grip 18 Gloves Released

Today's release of the first regular Puma Future 18 football boot colorway brought with it a brand new goalkeeper glove model, the Puma Future Grip 18.1. Not unlike what Nike has planned for the World Cup, Puma's brand new goalkeeper gloves come without a traditional strap around the wrist. Thanks to @flynnb_nz for the heads-up.

A garish look in line with the new soccer cleat colorway, combining 'Fizzy Yellow' with black and bright red, the standout feature of the Puma Future Grip 2018 goalkeeper gloves is their strapless wirst construction.

The strap is replaced by a zip that allows for easy access but might be unusual for a lot of keepers.

Puma Future Grip 18.1 - Features

  • Elite grip latex palm
  • Hybrid cut on the index and little finger
  • Negative cut/IC on the two middle fingers
  • Neoprene body
  • 3D embossed latex backhand and silicon net punching zone
  • Ribbed neoprene cuff with linear zip closure

Currently available to pre-order, the Puma Future Grip 18 gloves retail at GBP 85 (EUR 109, USD 130).
