Nike Manchester City 2018 Premier League Champions Kit Released
Officially crowned Premier League Champions last weekend, Manchester City warmed up for today’s match wearing a special-edition commemorative jersey inspired by the club’s fans.
First team star Raheem Sterling said: “We have had an amazing season and it is great to see Nike celebrating this success with us. As a squad we have all played a big role in winning the league and adding each of our names to the pre-match jersey cements that. The support from the fans each step of the way has also played a huge role in our success and we are excited to celebrate this victory with them.”
Nike Manchester City 2017-18 Premier League Champions Special-Edition Pre-Match Jersey
The special-edition Nike Man CIty jersey features a heritage sash in two colors, light blue and maroon, that pays homage to the 2017-118 home and away strips.
“Champions 2017/18” reads above the chest, and the word “CITYZENS” appears across the front of the jersey, honoring the MCFC faithful. The back is emblazoned with the names of all first team players who contributed to the 17/18 title win.
The limited-edition Nike Manchester City 2017-18 Premier League Champions pre-match kit will be available from April 30.
