Revealed: Best Selling World Cup Kits in All 50 US States
The USA are obviously not taking part, but this didn't stop them from investing in football shirts for the cup. Now, Soccer.com, the biggest football retailer stateside, has revealed which teams' kits and which players have been most popular.
It won't be a surprise to most, but Mexico heavily dominates the first category, especially in the southern and eastern states. Other teams that have enjoyed their share popularity are Germany and some of the European top teams such as England and France. There's even Egypt and Belgium represented.
Looking at individual players, the picture is less clear. While the Mexican stars such as Chicharito and Hirving Lozano appear lots, there's also many mentions of the likes of CR7, Messi and Griezmann.
