In-House Bristol City 18-19 Home, Away & Third Kits Revealed

Bristol City's 18-19 kit collection is complete since the recent launch of the new third kit, which is purple and lime green.

Bristol City this morning revealed their new home kit following yesterday's away kit debut. The Bristol City 2018-2019 home and away jerseys has been again designed by the club themselves.

Bristol City vice-chairman Jon Lansdown said: "This year's kits give a nod to the late 1980's and as such, provide the perfect opportunity to bring back the robin for a special edition away shirt. Entering the fifth season of shaping our own kit design, we are proud to do things differently and the return of the robin adds to that tradition."

The most interesting element of the Bristol City 18-19 away kit is is the return of the classic club crest featuring a Robin perched on a football in front of the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge. It hints at the kit of the late 1980s, an era which saw City lift the Football League Trophy in 1986, followed by promotion from the old Third Division in 1989. The crest is exclusive to the away shirt, anthem jacket and training wear.
