No Traditional Tiempo Anymore? Next-Gen Nike Tiempo Legend VIII 2019 Boots to Feature Dynamic Fit Collar

Around one year ago, Real Madrid defender and Nike Tiempo face made a surprise switch to the high-cut Nike Hypervenom Phantom III soccer cleats. A few days later back then, he laced up in a combo of the Nike Tiempo Legend VII and the Nike Hypervenom Phantom III DF before returning to his regular Nike Tiempo Legend VII boots in full.

Now everything indicates that the next-generation Nike Tiempo Legend football boot will be the first Nike Tiempo boot in the history of the silo to feature a Dynamic Fit collar.

Nike Tiempo Legend VIII Boots to Feature Dynamic Fit Collar

The news comes from a Nike catalogue that features the name of the next-gen Nike Tiempo - Nike Tiempo Legend VIII DF (Dynamic Fit). There is no leaked picture nor any further information yet, even though it seems safe to assume that the collar will be not as high as the collar of Nike's first high-cut boots and Nike HV Phantom III DF. We expect the collar to be lower than the one of the Nike Mercurial Superfly 360.

It is not known yet if the Nike Tiempo Legend VIII football boot will be released without a Dynamic Fit collar.

In early 2019, Nike will discontinue the Nike Hypervenom in favor for the Nike Phantom Venom. The first-ever Nike Phantom Venom football boot is set to be released in early 2019 - there will not be a fourth generation of the Nike Hypervenom.
