37,500 Kits Sold So Far | Detailed VfB Stuttgart 18-19 Home, Away & Third Kit Sales Statistics Announced
German Bundesliga VfB Stuttgart in late August 2018 revealed how many jerseys they sold in the 2018-2019 season so far.
The Stuttgart 18-19 kits are made by Puma. VfB Stuttgart announced a kit deal with Jako in May 2018, which will replace current supplier Puma after the end of the 2018-19 season.
VfB Stuttgart Home Kit Most Popular With 75% Of Sales So Far
VfB Stuttgart has already sold 37 500 jerseys until the end of August 2018. The white home shirt has been the most popular shirt so far. After all, 75 percent of the fans opt for the white jersey with the classic red chest ring (28,000). Seven percent of buyers choose the red away shirt (2,500), while 18 percent opt for the black third shirt (7,000). It has to be mentioned that the white Stuttgart home shirt has been already on sale for two months longer than the away and third kits.
"These figures underline the backing and enthusiasm that VfB has experienced in the region," says VfB Marketing Director Jochen Röttgermann: "They also act as impetus for us to make VfB even more attractive and better."
There are also clear favorites in terms of flocking. Most often, individual back flocks are chosen as the first name. Second place is followed by the lettering "Gomez", followed by "1893", while VfB captain "Gentner" lands on fourth place on the hit list.
