Javi Martínez used the old-school wrap-around lacing system with his modern pink Adidas Predator 18.1 Spectral Mode boots in the Bundesliga match against VfL Wolfsburg this weekend.
Javi Martínez's lacing style was used by most players until around two decades ago. In fact, players like Zidane and Beckham were famous for using this lacing system, while Francesco Totti was the last popular player sporting this style until the end of his career in 2017.
