Hint At Next Season's Third Kits - Unique Nike x The Native Kit Revealed
African lifestyle magazine NATIVE has partnered with Nike to launch limited edition jerseys themed after Nigeria’s street football culture.
The NATIVE founder, Seni Saraki told Nike News, “We wanted to create something that wouldn’t look out of place on the field and in the dance. In Nigeria, the football shirt has always been a vital piece in anyone’s wardrobe”
Nike x The NATIVE Jersey
A unique look, the Nike x NATIVE limited edition jersey design nods to kids utilizing tires as goalposts in Africa. It coms with the Yoruba word “ILÉ” (home) and the international calling code for Nigeria (234).
Interestingly, th kit features the classic Nike Sportswear logo (just as Nike's 19-20 third kits).
The Nike x NATIVE jersey will drop in limited numbers. It will be available in Europe and Nigeria.
