Special Nike Mercurial Josef Martinez MLS MVP Boots Revealed

2018 has been a very successful year for Atlanta United striker Josef Martínez. He not only won the MLS with Atlanta United, he also was MLS top goal scorer and voted as MLS MVP (Most Valuable Player). To honor his achievements, Nike has created a special edition Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 boots for him.

Nike Creates Special Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 Boots For Atlanta United Striker Josef Martinez

Designed to stand out, the special Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 boots for Josef Martinez boast the colors of Atlanta United - red and black. They come with the same pattern as the limited-edition Nike x Kim Jones Mercurial Superfly 360 boots released last year.

The upper features Josef Martinez's three main achievements - 2018 MLS MVP, 2018 MLS Top Goal Scorer, 2018 MLS Champions as well as the Venezuelan flag.

Josef Martinez thanked Andrea Correani, Nike Vice President of Global Footwear, for the special boots.

Nike also created a special version of the Nike 'Golden Touch' Mercurial Luka Modric Ballon d'Or 2018 Boots for Josef Martinez.

Tech-wise, his boots are the same as the standard versions of the Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 football boot.

The special Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 Boots Josef Martínez MLS MVP boots will be not available to buy.
