Trent Alexander-Arnold To Sign New Under Armour Deal That Makes Him Liverpool's Best Paid Athlete

Under Armour has been sponsoring Trent Alexander-Arnold since early 2017. He previously wore Adidas soccer boots.
Reports: Trent Alexander-Arnold Signs Four Year Under Armour Deal Worth £6.4m In Total
According to the London Evening Standard, the 20-year-old is set to sign a four year deal that will see him earn UK£1.6 million per year - £6.4m over four years.
If the figures are accurate (other sources suggest that "they are little wide of the mark"), the defender’s new is deal worth more than those of any other Liverpool player, including Mo Salah and Virgil van Dijk. Alexander-Arnold’s contract with the US sportswear brand also ranks second in the England squad in terms of boot sponsorship value, with Harry Kane’s deal with Nike is said to be the only bigger.
Liverpool Echo is reporting that Alexander-Arnold will use parts of his lucrative new deal to purchase land and build community soccer facilities across Liverpool.

Bukayo Saka and Yan Diomande Debut Whiteout New Balance Furon V9 Boots
Arsenal talisman Bukayo Saka and Real Madrid signing Yan Diomande have both taken to the pitch wearing all-white New Balance Furon V9 boots at the start of the 26-27 campaign. Thanks to @volkyfootballboots.v2 for spotting.
As two of the primary headline athletes for New Balance's flagship speed silo, their synchronized switch away from standard on-pitch colorways to a whiteout look points toward an upcoming limited-edition pack or special release from the American brand in the near future.
It’s normal that brands hide their new flagship-shoes with a whiteout colorway until their release takes place officially, so competitors can’t already get an early glimpse into their newest design.
